designed to equip students and entrepreneurs with real-world knowledge, hands-on experience, and global exposure.

We are expanding our education vertical and looking for a

dynamic individual

who can lead our

teaching and operations

-- and potentially grow into a

long-term business partner

based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and lead

Import-Export Training Sessions

(online/offline) for students and professionals. Create and update

course materials

, presentations, and practical modules. Handle the

daily operations

of the training division - scheduling, coordination, and student management. Guide learners on

export documentation, licensing, DGFT, customs, shipping, and logistics

. Collaborate with company management to grow the training division and build new courses. Support marketing and business development activities for the classes.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Bachelor's degree

(Master's preferred) in International Business, Commerce, or a related field. Prior experience in

teaching/training or export operations

is highly preferred. Excellent

communication and presentation

skills. Self-driven, responsible, and passionate about mentoring others.

Compensation:

Competitive

fixed salary + performance incentives

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
