Job Description

We are looking for a

Pricing Executive

with strong analytical and

negotiation skills

to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for managing shipping line

rate sheets, obtaining spot rates

, and preparing competitive

quotations

for clients across import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to obtain competitive freight rates.

Prepare and maintain rate sheets for both

ocean and air freight.

Negotiate spot rates for

FCL, LCL

, and air cargo shipments.

Analyze market trends and rate fluctuations to ensure profitability.

Support the sales and operations teams with timely pricing and routing options.

Maintain a database of freight rates, vendor contacts, and trade lane performance.

Requirements:

1 -5 years of experience in freight forwarding / pricing / logistics coordination.

Strong knowledge of

ocean and air freight

operations.

Excellent

negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel and rate management tools.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple quotations daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
