About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Import & Export Professional

to manage end-to-end operations related to international trade. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, vendor management, payments, and compliance with current Indian tax and export-import laws.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage all

import & export documentation

(shipping, customs, invoices, BOE, etc.). Coordinate with

vendors, freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks

for smooth shipment handling. Monitor

import/export consignments

to ensure timely clearance and delivery. Handle

payments, bank documentation, and reconciliation

related to overseas trade. Ensure compliance with

Indian import-export policies, GST, customs duties, and other regulatory requirements

. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate for cost-effective solutions. Keep updated with latest

EXIM policies, DGFT notifications, and tax regulations

.

Requirements

3 to 10 years

of hands-on experience in import/export operations. Strong knowledge of

customs, GST, DGFT procedures, and export incentives

. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple consignments independently. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
