Key Responsibilities

1. Export Mentorship & Mentee Support
Mentor export mentees on
end-to-end export operations
over a 3-month structured program.
Provide hands-on guidance from
export readiness to post-shipment follow-up

Address real-time queries and challenges faced by mentees during export planning and execution.
Review mentee-specific export cases, products, markets, and trade feasibility.
Ensure mentees understand
practical execution
, not just documentation theory.
2. End-to-End Export Coverage
The trainer is expected to support mentees across the full export lifecycle, including but not limited to:
Product & market selection
Export readiness assessment
HS code identification and classification
Pricing, costing, and margin calculation
Incoterms selection and risk allocation
Buyer identification and negotiation support
Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
Regulatory compliance (DGFT, customs, country-specific rules)
Logistics coordination and freight understanding
Export payment methods (LC, Advance, DA/DP, escrow, etc.)
Trade risk mitigation and dispute awareness
3. Strategic Guidance & Industry Insights
Provide
strategic inputs
to mentees based on market trends, demand cycles, and trade behavior.
Help mentees avoid common export mistakes through experience-based guidance.
Assist mentees in building
long-term export roadmaps

5. Program & Quality Contribution
Maintain high standards of mentorship quality, professionalism, and accuracy.
Contribute suggestions to improve the Export Mentorship Program structure.
Share field insights to help FlairList Global refine training frameworks and trade strategies.
Ensure ethical, compliant, and realistic guidance to mentees at all times.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory
Minimum 5-10 years of practical export experience
(direct or operational).
Proven hands-on involvement in
international trade execution

Strong working knowledge of:
