such as agricultural products (pulses, grains), ferrous & non-ferrous metals, petrochemical products, or related categories is preferred.
Manage the full import and export process from inquiry to shipment completion.
Handle sales and purchase contracts, pro forma invoices, purchase orders, and trade confirmations.
Execute order processing, shipment bookings, and coordination with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
2. Buyer & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with global buyers and suppliers for pricing, product specifications, logistics, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships and ensure timely communication for smooth trade execution.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and verify all import-export documents:

Analyse commodity prices, global trade trends, and market movements.
Support the Trade Manager in developing new product lines or markets.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, or related field.
Experience
Minimum
2+ years
of hands-on experience in import-export operations.
Experience in
agri commodities, metals, petrochemicals, or similar non-perishable trades
preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end import-export procedures.
Command over HS Codes, Incoterms, LC documentation, and trade compliance.
Good understanding of global logistics, customs procedures, and international markets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/logistics systems is an advantage.
