About the Role

We are looking for a

skilled Import-Export Executive

to manage both international and domestic supply-chain operations. The role demands strong coordination, documentation accuracy, and compliance knowledge to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Import-Export Operations

Prepare, verify, and send shipping and payment documents to agents. Coordinate with foreign suppliers and internal teams on shipments. Book online airway bills and track courier consignments. Review shipping, handling, and customs charges for accuracy. Ensure full compliance with customs, banking, and insurance regulations.

Domestic Logistics & Supply Chain

Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations. Manage inventory, procurement, and dispatch of goods. Supervise drivers and warehouse personnel. Liaise with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain detailed shipment and stock records.

Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken

English

. Strong understanding of

import-export documentation

, customs, and logistics coordination. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Background

Prior experience in

Chemical Import-Export or Logistics

. Knowledge of ERP/logistics management software is a plus.
