Gather data on competitors, lost business, and customer feedback. Meet sales targets and share periodic reports with management.
Driving Revenue Growth and Customer Relations:
Negotiate contracts to preserve business and secure agreements. Manage sales initiatives from proposal to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction. Build strong client relationships to enhance revenue and ensure vendor registration for long-term partnerships. Resolve issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to management within a week. Collect client feedback to improve services and processes.
Internal Coordination and Networking:
Motivate and mentor internal teams (CS, Clearance, Transport) to handle clients, vendors, and overseas agents. Collaborate with departments to manage freight negotiations, timely delivery orders, container planning, and invoicing. Utilize organizational expertise to address customer needs efficiently.
Reporting and MIS for Business Decision Making:
Ensure timely and accurate reports, such as Monthly Volume & Shipment Reports. Provide insights and accurate data to support business decisions. Offer customer feedback on products and services to help top management drive improvements.
