Bill of Lading / Airway Bill Shipping Instructions Certificate of Origin, FTA documents Export/Import Licensing documents LUT/Bond for exports (if applicable) Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, transporters & CHA Track shipment status and ensure

HS Codes

, duties, taxes, GST, IGST refunds, and trade compliance Maintain records in

ICEGATE

DGFT

portal for schemes like EPCG,

Advance License

etc. Communicate with overseas suppliers & customers for shipment & documentation Prepare MIS reports on shipments, landed costs, claims etc. Handle logistics negotiations to optimize freight and cost efficiency Ensure adherence to Govt. guidelines (Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Act)

Bachelor's Degree in

Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / International Trade

Diploma in Export-Import (EXIM)

or Foreign Trade is preferred

1-3 Yrs

experience in Import/Export operations (freshers with specialization can be considered) HS Code Classification, Shipping and logistics documentation,

ICEGATE

usage, E-invoicing, Duty calculations (Customs duty, IGST), Proficient in

MS Excel, Email communication & ERP

systems. Bill of Lading / Airway Bill/ IGST refund, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, LUT/Bond Coordination with overseas suppliers, customers, CHA & freight forwarders
