Urgent Hiring || Import Export Documentation || Mumbai



Profile:- Import & Export Specialist (of Raw-Materials / Chemicals / Excipients)

Experience:- Min 2 Year

CTC:- Upto 4.5 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location:- Andheri East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:



Import Purchase Management:
o Negotiate with suppliers & shipping lines to secure the best terms, prices and delivery timelines.

o Coordinate and manage import activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.

o Coordinate with the CHA (Clearing Agents) to ensure smooth and quick customs clearance of the shipment.

o Handle purchases to meet the company's inventory requirements.

Inventory Planning:
o Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.

o Monitor inventory levels and forecast future inventory needs.

o Collaborate with the sales teams & suppliers to align inventory planning with business needs.

Documentation and Compliance:
o Prepare and manage all necessary import and domestic purchase documentation.

o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

o Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

Export Paperwork:
o Handle the paperwork for small-volume exports.

o Ensure all export documentation is accurate and complies with international trade regulations.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in import and domestic purchase management. Minimum of 3 years of recent experience. Strong knowledge of inventory planning and management. Familiarity with Import-export documentation and regulations. Familiarity with customs clearance processes and regulations. Experience with vendor management and development. Ability to manage logistics and transportation for imports. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and accounting software like Tally or Spectrum Business Management software.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
