Prepare and manage all import-export documentation including:
Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, AWB & Bill of Lading
ICE Gate knowledge
DGFT knowledge
Coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA)
Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and compliance data
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customs departments for seamless operations
Track shipments and generate regular reports on shipment status and related activities
Handle e-BRC (electronic Bank Realization Certificate) preparation and submission

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
1-2 years of hands-on experience in import-export documentation
Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
