Handle and coordinate import shipments (Air/Sea - LCL, FCL, AIR).
Liaise with counterparts and co-loaders on daily routing orders; update clients accordingly.
Prepare CAN copies and share arrival details with consignees.
Respond to and resolve customer queries related to shipments and routing orders.
Execute order requests via calls and emails.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment updates.
Track shipments, confirm receipt, and ensure timely arrivals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Manage and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide necessary support.
Prepare and maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) with proper updates to consignees.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2-5 years in Import Customer Service (Air/Sea).
Background: Logistics industry is mandatory.
Education: Graduate preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of import processes, documentation, and shipment tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
