Job Description

JD - Supply Chain Executive (Immediate Joining)

Location:

Gurgaon, Sushant Lok-1

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics Work on

SAP

for PR, PO, GRN, and inventory management Handle

import procedures

, customs documentation, and coordination with CHA & freight forwarders

Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate quotations

from Logistics vendors

Email communication with foreign & indigenous OEMs and suppliers

for enquiries, pricing, and delivery Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, finance) for smooth operations

Mandatory Skills:

Quotation preparation & negotiation

Professional email communication.

Good Excel and coordination skills

Import procedure experience (preferred)

Qualification & Experience:

2-5 years relevant experience (manufacturing / equipment industry preferred) Any Graduate
