Years of experience in Import Logistics, Import Documentation, Customs Clearance knowledge, advance licensing, Exim documentation & related functions preferably within

IVD/Medical device manufacturing company

The Import Executive will provide support to the Import manager and assist with the preparation of import documents in compliance with customs and government regulations. Assist to obtain all required import permits licenses for all processes Coordinate with marketing and sourcing department to establish an efficient IMPORT classification and prepare tariff schedule Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all import products for custom clearance Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits Generating job through E -freight, booking provisional cost, making payment request, booking selling cost, Retrieval of ledger, Generating Performa in getting it approved from Authority, creating final invoice. Solving queries related to customs, excise & other departmental proactively Monitoring of the shipments to ensure compliance of regulations Be responsible for other IMPORT documents preparation - all types of certificates Cooperate with the warehouse team and third-party logistics operators for shipment preparation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
