VACANCY / JOB TITLE Import Clearing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Document Preparation:?Prepare and review import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin) to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations. 2. Customs Clearance:?Handle and coordinate the clearance process, including submission of documents electronically (e.g., via ICEGATE) 3. Duty & Tax Calculations:?Calculate and verify applicable duties, taxes, and customs notifications. Ensure accurate payment and documentation for each consignment. 4. Shipment Coordination:?Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams for the movement and status update of consignments from port to warehouse and vice versa. 5. Record Maintenance:?Maintain up-to-date logs and reports on all shipments, import/export transactions, and documentation for audits and future reference EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export customs clearance.

Bachelor's degree

Strong understanding of Indian import/export regulations, customs tariff, and documentation LANGUAGES English and Hindi TECHNICAL / COMPUTER SKILLS: Ms excel, word, outlook, basic computer understanding.

NATIONALITY- Indian

PREFERRED AGE - 25 to 40 years

WORKING HOURS - 6 days a week (10 am to 7 pm)

SALARY OFFERED - competitive, based on experience

JOINING DATE - As soon as possible

LOCATION - CP Tank Mumbai, India
