Ensure all documentation complies with import regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth import processes.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address any issues or queries related to documentation.
Maintain accurate records of import shipments, including tracking numbers, customs clearance details, and other relevant information.
Ensure timely submission of all necessary documents to the relevant authorities.
Review and verify the accuracy of import documentation to ensure compliance with import regulations and customs procedures.
Stay updated on changes in import regulations and customs procedures.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import documentation.
Follow up on outstanding issues related to import shipments.
