Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a

Sea Import Documentation Executive

who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to kickstart their career in Freight Forwarding / Logistics. As a Fresher, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the industry while being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of import documentation for sea freight shipments Coordination with carriers, customs brokers, and clients for smooth document handling Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery Data entry and maintenance of shipment records Communicating with clients and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation

Requirements:

Freshers

with a keen interest in logistics or freight forwarding Good

communication skills

in English (both written and verbal) Basic understanding of

MS Office

(Excel, Word) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
