Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Production preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all

Quality Management System (QMS)

activities as per

ISO 9001 & IATF 16949

standards. Implement, monitor, and maintain quality processes across production and service lines. Conduct

internal audits

, ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, and support external audits. Analyze

quality issues, customer complaints, and NCRs

; develop corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Drive

continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean tools, etc.)

to enhance process efficiency. Prepare and maintain documentation for

PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA

. Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate

supplier audits

. Train and mentor team members on

quality standards, procedures, and best practices

. Ensure timely closure of

customer complaints

and maintain high

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

. Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Management to meet quality objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards

. Hands-on experience with

PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

. Excellent in

problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, Root Cause Analysis)

. Strong documentation, auditing, and reporting skills. Good leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities. Proficient in

MS Office and quality management tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
