Job Description

Import and Export Operations:

Oversee the import and export process from sourcing and negotiation to final delivery. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.

International Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to international markets. Conduct market research to identify new global opportunities and consumer trends. Localize promotional campaigns and product offerings based on cultural preferences and legal requirements.

Sales and Business Development:

Identify, approach, and manage relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, and partners. Set export and import sales targets and track performance metrics. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.

Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product movement. Negotiate with international suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and letters of credit. Monitor changes in international trade regulations and ensure company compliance.
