As an

Implementation Analyst

, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support to clients by troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers directly through visits, calls, emails, and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.

This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to take ownership of responsibilities, collaborate with internal teams, and provide valuable inputs for product improvements. Occasional travel within India and abroad may be required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve their issues. Provide timely support through calls, emails, and Help Desk Ticketing Systems. Take ownership of customer issues and ensure quick resolutions. Assist in building and maintaining support environments. Collaborate with other teams to strengthen the support model and improve service efficiency. Review, validate, and prioritize bugs before escalating to the development team. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements. Support critical customer escalations by handling technical challenges effectively. Work with the development team to incorporate tools and enhancements into the application. Be open to domestic and international travel for client implementations.

Qualifications

Any UG/PG degree with strong computer knowledge and technical aptitude. Experience (0-1 year) in implementation, support, consulting, or development of business applications. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with familiarity in using standard tools and techniques. Knowledge of networks, databases, server configuration, web servers, SQL tuning, or related areas (basic to intermediate level expected). Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients. Willingness to learn new technologies and assist junior peers in the future.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?38,457.60 per month
