Role Overview



We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on

Technology Implementation Specialist

to lead and support critical digital transformation projects. This role focuses on deploying AI-powered automation, optimizing internal systems, and integrating CRMs and communication platforms to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment and have experience in regulated industries like insurance or finance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation Implementation



Develop and deploy custom GPT models to automate internal tasks Design intelligent workflows to reduce manual intervention Enhance email systems (smart replies, tagging, parsing, filtering) using AI and automation tools

CRM & Systems Integration



Automate service and marketing workflows within CRM platforms (e.g., Agency Zoom, Apex) Build integrations using Zapier, Integromat, or custom APIs Create secure and scalable solutions to bypass CRM limitations

Process Optimization



Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and systems Propose and implement AI-supported process improvements Optimize workflows in compliance-heavy or insurance-related operations

Tech Stack & Web Integration



Maintain and evolve the company's web platform ecosystem Recommend and implement emerging technologies to boost productivity Support planning and execution of technology rollouts and system enhancements

Ideal Candidate Profile



3-6 years of hands-on experience in technology implementation or automation Strong proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Python, JavaScript, GPT APIs) Experience with CRM systems like Agency Zoom, Apex, or equivalent platforms Demonstrated ability to design and deploy intelligent email and task automation Proven track record of process improvement within regulated industries (insurance, finance, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project ownership

Engagement Structure
