Job Title: Implementation Manager (IM) - Nokia Civil Telecom Project

Location: UAE

Position Overview

The Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for overseeing the end-to end delivery of civil works in telecom projects, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project specifications and timelines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure all civil works are completed as per design specifications and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination

: Lead and coordinate internal teams and external contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.

Stakeholder Management

: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure all parties are informed of project progress and any issues are promptly addressed.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

Reporting & Documentation

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 5 years in civil works management within telecom infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Skills

: Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and telecom infrastructure requirements. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Certifications

: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
