Job Description

As an Implementation Project Manager at Giftify, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and successful execution of gift card programs for new and existing clients. You will ensure seamless project delivery that meets client expectations. Your role will be coordinating client requirements across various teams, including Sales, Client Success, Support, and more. Ultimately, you enable clients to delight their customers with innovative gift card solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client implementations by gathering requirements, defining project scope, and creating clear, actionable plans with defined milestones and timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with Giftify's guidelines, SLAs, and scope agreements. Act as the main technical point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to configure and test both hardware and software. Maintain ongoing client communication to track deliverables, build strong relationships, provide guidance on design and production timelines, and deliver user training where needed.
Proactively monitor project progress, address risks early, and ensure successful, on-time launches.
