About this opportunity

The Implementation manager should have a hybrid mentality when delivering the project. He adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to group, legal & financial directives, global & local Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), information/product security & privacy, and using relevant processes & tools. He ensures that the implementation of Network for RAN projects is completed by handling the field team, communicating with the customer technically, handling ASPs, ordering material, working with the client manager for project delivery in accordance with Ericsson instructions, quality requirements and within project cost, time, quality, and scope !

What you will do

  • Assign the scope to approved sub-contractors according to the approved budget by the procurement board.
  • Develop the implementation plan according to the received design.
  • Handshake the target landmarks and project delivery cycle with the sub- contractors.
  • Manage the kick-off meeting stakeholders & Support customer project manager for ordering the material.
  • PO issuance to the sub-contractors.
  • Manage the daily implementation rollout & design changes due to implementation obstacles.
  • Ensuring EHS is followed closely.
  • Follow up all dependences for integration (Backhaul, CDD, RF Design\xe2\x80\xa6etc.). Issue log to be maintained.
  • Arrange with the optimization team for walk-test and acceptance.
  • Manage Pre-PAT activity and comments clearance, site handover, PAT, and Oil clearance with all stakeholders.
You will bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in (electrical / communication/ computer) / engineering.
  • PMP certification is plus
  • Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated expertise on RAN network implementation.
  • Minimum relevant experience is 4 years
  • Domain-experience: RAN (Radio Access Network).
  • Should have experience in customer relations and great technical skills.
  • Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements.
