As an

Implementation Engineer

at C2C Advanced Systems, you will be part of our core delivery team responsible for deploying

LogicApps MI - our MES & Industry 4.0 platform

at customer manufacturing plants. This role focuses on translating project requirements into working solutions, integrating with ERP and shop-floor systems, and ensuring smooth rollouts. You will work closely with project managers, solution architects, and customer technical teams to deliver high-quality, on-time implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end implementation of

LogicApps MI MES/IIoT platform

across manufacturing customer sites. Lead end-to-end implementation of MES and Industry 4.0 solutions at manufacturing sites. Collaborate with customer stakeholders (Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT) to gather business and technical requirements. Configure, customize, and deploy MES applications including production tracking, traceability, quality management, maintenance, and warehouse modules. Integrate MES solutions with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and shop floor equipment (PLC, SCADA, IoT gateways). Ensure seamless connectivity with industrial IoT devices, sensors, and edge gateways. Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during project delivery. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Support digital transformation initiatives, including analytics dashboards, predictive maintenance, and digital twin deployment. Adhere to project timelines, reporting standards, and customer success metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Science Engineering.

Experience:

3-10 years in MES / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Automation / ERP-MES integration. Strong knowledge of

manufacturing processes

(Discrete or Process). Hands-on experience with

SQL Server

and basic scripting (C#, Python, or Java). Understanding of

industrial communication protocols

(OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, etc.). Familiarity with MES or ERP systems (SAP PP/QM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent). Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites (100% of role). Participate in requirement workshops with customers and support

solution design & functional mapping

. Configure, customize, and deploy platform modules such as

Production, Quality, Maintenance, Traceability, and Warehouse

. Work on

integration

with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and shop floor equipment (PLC/SCADA, IoT devices, sensors, gateways). Develop and manage

SQL scripts, stored procedures, and basic C#/Python customizations

for project needs. Support

IoT connectivity setup

(OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, Profinet, etc.). Conduct

system testing, validation, and UAT support

to ensure project success. Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer end-users and support teams. Document implementation steps, configurations, and maintain project repositories. Collaborate with internal R&D/product teams to provide customer feedback and feature improvement inputs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
