Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated
Implementation Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our software solutions at client locations, primarily in hospitals or healthcare setups. The role involves frequent travel, technical deployment, troubleshooting, and user training support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end implementation of software solutions at client sites.
Travel within India (minimum 2 weeks/month) and occasionally to Middle East locations for project deployments.
Install, configure, and test application software at client locations.
Support hospital IT teams during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Work with
MS SQL Database
, perform
basic SQL queries
, and design
Crystal Reports
as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide remote support when not traveling.
Maintain accurate documentation for each implementation project.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in
MS SQL Database
management and
basic query writing

Experience in
Crystal Reports
design and customization.
Good understanding of software installation, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
