Responsible for delivering implementation projects at several levels, with quality, observing the Philips implementation policies and methodology.
Your role
Implementing and configuring the Philips EMR product at customer site
Open Service Orders (SO) according to the methodology
Present and document the Adherence Analysis, as well as the System Parametrization
Manages the scope of the project, performing its activities according to the foreseen schedule
Preparation of documents foreseen in the implementation methodology
Suggest improvements to the client processes, based on the practices used in the system;
Map the processes (when applicable) and system parametrization;
Provide Tasy training for the persons responsible, according the methodology;
Generate the Activities Report (RAT) and other documentation according to the methodology;
Meet the deadlines set on projects
Monitor execution of pilot tests
Support the Project management, controlling documents, status and scope, supporting the other consultants when requested
During the project, teach the local market teams (or third parties) the implementation methodology used by Philips, i.e., how to implement Tasy and/or other Philips EMR products;
Apart from the responsibilities set under the Role Description, assure that the responsibilities related to Security & Privacy of information - which may apply to the role - are performed
Ensure compliance and act according to the policies of the Philips General Business Principles (GBP) and Information Security

These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & Analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, and interoperability systems & services

You are fit if:
Associates or bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience
Able to demonstrate strong written communication skills.
Good organization skills for high-paced environment.
Clinical or healthcare experience will be desirable
Self-motivated & Team player
Logical reasoning, Problem analysis and solving
Desirable:
Philips EMR Systems / Health Informatics; Technologies that currently drive DME markets and emerging technologies that will serve them in the future
SOA Methodology (Service Oriented Application); Application Installation, Application Configuration, Healthcare software product deployment, Hospital Processes, Project Management, Tasy, Philips Systems
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This role is an office-based role.
