Implementation Engineer - Healthcare Software (HMS)

We are looking for a motivated

Implementation Engineer

to join our team and support the deployment and support of our Hospital Management Software (HMS) solutions across client locations in India and potentially the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and hospital IT workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the implementation of HMS solutions at client hospitals and healthcare facilities. Configure software and databases as per client requirements. Collaborate with hospital IT staff and functional departments to ensure seamless adoption. Train end users on software functionality, reporting tools, and workflow. Create and modify

Crystal Reports

based on clinical and administrative requirements. Write and execute

basic SQL queries

for troubleshooting, reporting, and customization. Provide

on-site and remote support

during and after deployment. Document implementation progress, client feedback, and technical issues. Coordinate with internal product and support teams to resolve client issues.

Travel Requirement:



Must be open to travel

up to 2 weeks/month

within India. Occasional international travel (Middle East) may be required based on performance. Implementation projects may require

continuous travel for up to 30 days

(with breaks between assignments).

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Degree or diploma

not mandatory

Work Experience:

Hospital IT staff

with

2-3 years of experience

working with hospital information systems; or Minimum

1 year of experience

working in any of the following HMS companies: IT Dose EH Note Easy Solutions Yarago Aosta Software Sukra Software
Technical Skills:

MS SQL Server

: Strong understanding of database basics.

SQL Querying

: Ability to write SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE queries.

Crystal Reports

: Ability to modify or create reports for data visualization. Understanding of hospital operations, workflows, and terminologies is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:



Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments. Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to travel.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
