Haass.io, a company that advances customer experience, employee collaboration, sales and marketing, is looking for an implementation engineer. You are expected to be responsible for designing, building, and deploying technical solutions to meet the needs of a business or organization. This may include installing, configuring, and testing software systems, as well as integrating those systems with existing infrastructure. Some specific duties and responsibilities might include: Planning and designing technical solutions to meet business or organizational needs. Installing and configuring software systems. Perform various tests on processes by using proper suites, provide appropriate coverage details and reports. Integrating new systems with existing infrastructure. Providing technical support, consultation and troubleshooting for issues that arise during the implementation process. Working closely with other IT professionals and business stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully and on time. Project Management and organisation. Maintaining documentation of technical solutions and processes. Staying up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the field. Train client technical staff on all software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for the same. Skills required: Excellent Communication skills in written and spoken english since you are expect to deal with clients with 10+ countries. Computer skills like MS Excel, Office, etc. 2 months training will be provided. To be successful in this role, an implementation engineer should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will often be working with a variety of stakeholders and team members. Technical skills, such as knowledge of programming languages and experience with software systems, are also important. Salary Range: 20,000 - 30,000 pm Work location: 2 months training from home.
