Overall Purpose:In this scope, the Implementation Engineer is responsible for:Planning the implementation activities of his/her project including airline deliveries and associated services.Conducting the implementation via task coordination and stakeholders reportingFitting Alt a related product setup to the airline business needs.Supporting airline engineers for their migration to the new product.The specific nature of Offer Management and Revenue Optimization products are considered by airline as a key feature of their commercial success. During the migration, many of their business processes are often addressed for an efficient revenue optimization. It requires for the Implementation Engineer to have a broader knowledge of airline businessIn standalone project, the Implementation Engineer is also the project manager representing an important part of the activities.Main AccountabilitiesImplementation ManagementAssist with the overall implementation project planningAssure that project milestones are metIdentify risks and ensure relevant reporting to line organizationProvide feedback to managementAnticipate problems and provide solutionsCoordinate with other actors of the implementationImplementation activitiesDefine / Work with Solution Consultants to launch the overall migration strategy from legacy airline .Support the customer with reengineered business processes.Perform system setup according to Customer requirement and agreed scopeOversee the correction of documented problemsCollaborate with various Amadeus Stakeholders to ensure Implementation procedure aligns with overall migration strategyOrganize and execute the necessary testing with the CustomerExecute any necessary steps of Cutover Rehearsals and Production CutoverQualityEnsure high quality of deliverables.Ensure efficiency of proposed solutionsEnsure compliance with industry standards and corporate strategies.Support and document the industrialization of implementation processes within the team.The successful candidate will gain a cross-functional and technical expertise on the Amadeus products as well as a global understanding of the Airline IT architecture and businessBusiness Travel to customer site expected based on project requirements
