We are looking for a highly proactive and disciplined
Implementation Coach
who can work closely with our entrepreneur learning communities and sub-groups. This role involves
daily and weekly coordination, follow-ups, task implementation tracking, and reporting
, ensuring entrepreneurs stay accountable and execute as per the program structure.
This role is
semi-coaching in nature
, with a strong focus on
execution, discipline, and implementation support
rather than teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with assigned entrepreneur learning community sub-groups on a
daily and weekly basis
Ensure
implementation of assigned tasks, action plans, and challenges
by entrepreneurs
Required: Basic understanding of business strategy frameworks and hands-on exposure to financial dashboard monitoring for high-value/premium entrepreneurs.
Conduct
regular follow-ups
, reminders, and accountability check-ins
Manage all coordination through
online platforms
Track and
mark attendance
for sessions, meetings, and implementation calls
Collect updates, progress reports, and challenges from entrepreneurs
Prepare and submit
daily / weekly performance and attendance reports
to the internal team
Act as a bridge between the
Samagra core team and the entrepreneur community Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in
Malayalam and English (mandatory)
Experience in
community coordination, coaching support, training coordination, or program management
preferred
Ability to
follow up firmly and ensure task completion
Comfortable working with
entrepreneurs and business owners
Proficient in online tools (WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom, basic CRM)
Ability to handle multiple groups and deadlines simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
