About the Role
We are hiring two motivated graduates to manage client onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support for our cloud-based CRM, service-desk, and chat-automation products. You will translate business requirements into smooth deployments, train end-users, and ensure every customer achieves rapid time-to-value.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customise CRM, support-desk, and live-chat modules to fit each client's workflows.
Gather requirements, map customer journeys, and recommend best-practice solutions.
Build chatbot dialogues, automation rules, and light integration flows.
Work with product, success, and engineering teams to keep projects on schedule.
Deliver remote and on-site training; provide Tier-1 post-go-live support.
Explain core API and webhook concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
MBA / BBA / B.Sc. (Business, Marketing, Operations, IT or related).
Clear verbal and written communication, with confidence in client-facing situations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; eagerness to learn new software quickly.
Basic understanding of REST APIs or software-integration concepts.
(Bonus) Exposure to any SaaS CRM, help-desk, or chat platform.
