Key Responsibilities:
Implement ERP / Accounting / Management Software at client locations
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Configure system settings based on client requirements
Conduct user training and demonstrations
Identify and troubleshoot software issues
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements
Assist in data migration and system upgrades
Prepare basic documentation and implementation reports
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field
Basic knowledge of ERP, accounting software, or business applications
Good understanding of business processes (Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel for client implementation and support
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
Experience in ERP or accounting software implementation
Knowledge of GST / VAT / Tally / POS systems (added advantage)
