INNOVATIVE 3D PRINTING SOLUTIONS LLP is a fast-growing, state-of-the-art dental laboratory specializing in crowns, bridges, digital workflows, and implant restorations. We are dedicated to quality, precision, and innovation in dental prosthetics.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Implant Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with implant analog models, abutment customization, and full-arch restorations. You will work closely with our CAD/CAM designers and production team to deliver accurate and high-quality implant prostheses.

Key Responsibilities:

Select and position appropriate implant scan bodies in digital and physical models. Work with Exocad to plan and design implant-supported restorations. Load, manage, and utilize various implant libraries within Exocad. Design and verify hybrid bars, Palo Malo bridges, and full-arch screw-retained prosthetics Work on all types of implant cases (single unit to full arch). Handle implant models, analog placement, and soft tissue trimming. Modify/customize abutments as per Rx and digital design. Collaborate with CAD/CAM team for digital impressions and designs. Conduct quality checks before dispatch. Maintain records and track case status efficiently.
Requirements:

Proficient in Exocad, especially in implant module and bar design tools. Experience with scan body selection and positioning in digital workflows. Understanding of digital and analog hybrid prosthetics. Knowledge of materials used in hybrid bars (zirconia, titanium, CoCr). Minimum 5 years of experience in implant-related lab work. Sound understanding of dental implant systems, scan bodies and abutment. Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (preferred). Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and aesthetics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital implant planning and guided surgery.

Knowledge of materials like zirconia, titanium, and PEEK.
