Develop and implement strategies for in vitro, in silico and/or in vivoimmunogenicity risk assessments.
Conduct literature reviews and evaluate risks during product development and regulatory submissions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand study objectives.
Design Innate and Adaptive Immunogenicity studies, Immunological assays, and biomarker analysis as applicable, with appropriate selection of controls.
Experience in PBMCs and mammalian cell cultures, ELISAs, Cell viability & Proliferation, Dendritic and T-cell activation assays is preferred.
* Plan and coordinate end-to-end activities with service providers, in compliance to regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
