We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

to join our Immigration team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client queries over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding immigration and visa processes. Explain services related to study visas, PR, and tourist visas. Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions. Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Fluent in English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
