- Coordinate the entire immigration process for employees relocating to Poland, including applications, visa requirements, work permits, and residency permits.
- Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations in Poland and provide guidance to candidates.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist candidates with completing necessary forms and paperwork for visa and permit applications.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their immigration status and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of immigration documents and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide basic details and guidance to candidates on immigration procedures and requirements.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (PREFERRED).
- Previous experience working in immigration services or a related field.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations in Poland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
