Immigration Sales Manager / Team Lead - Kompass Immigration (Andheri West, Mumbai)

Salary:

?40,000 - ?55,000 + incentives

Kompass Immigration & Education (est. 2013) - offices in Mumbai, UAE & Australia. Led by a MARA (Australia) registered-CEO. We handle PR, Work, Study Abroad, Family & Business visas for Australia, Canada, UK, USA, NZ, UAE, and more.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage a small team of immigration consultants
Handle inbound leads (no cold calling)
Counsel clients on PR, Student & Work visas
Drive sales conversions & meet monthly targets
Train & guide junior team members
Coordinate with CEO & marketing team

Requirements:

3-5+ years exp. in Immigration, Study Abroad, B2C or B2B Sales
Team leadership / target achievement experience preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Client-focused & ethical approach
Proficiency in MS Office
