This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing immigration consulting firm and receive hands-on training in sales, client communication, and visa consulting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Learn and understand various visa programs like Canada PR, Australia PR, Work Visa, and Investment Visas

Guide clients about the basic immigration processes and requirements (Training provided)

Call potential clients from assigned leads and explain our services

Assist walk-in and telephonic clients with initial queries

Schedule appointments and follow up with interested candidates

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients

Work closely with senior team members and managers to close leads

Meet weekly/monthly performance targets

Skills & Requirements:

Freshers are welcome (0-1 year experience)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is a plus

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team and meet targets

Must be enthusiastic, confident, and professional in dealing with clients

Fluent in English; knowledge of other Indian languages is an added advantage

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
