Our senior immigration experts are MARA/ICCRC certified and hold extensive experience in delivering immigration services Kompass Immigration seeks individuals for roles such as Immigration Consultants, Team Leaders, and Assistant Team Leaders. We provide an attractive salary package and impressive incentives as part of the offer. Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Offer advisory services catering to potential clients considering relocation abroad through various visa categories such as Skilled Migration (PR), Partner, Parent, Student, Work, Business, and Investor options.
- Manage client inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings, guiding them through necessary documentation procedures.
- Provide expert support for permanent residence visa processing, official qualification recognition, trade validation, education pursuits, business migration, job exploration, and resettlement services.
- Stay updated on pertinent changes in work permit domains, occupational classifications (NOC, ANZSCO, etc.), sponsorship, and occupation lists (SOL, CSOL, etc.) within the immigration and visa requirements of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
- Regularly follow up on existing and potential leads, participate in events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for prospective clients.
- Develop and update sales materials, possess up-to-date product knowledge, contribute to immigration-related content, and distribute regular newsletters to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to formulate and execute marketing strategies, emphasizing quality-driven immigration consultancy, aiming for rapid expansion in India.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks assigned by the Business Manager to ensure efficient functioning of operations.
