Role Description

Location: On-site, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Sales & Client Acquisition :-

Engage with potential clients via inbound/outbound calls, social media leads, and walk-ins, converting them into paying customers.

Conduct detailed consultations to understand eligibility and offer tailored immigration solutions (PR, Work, Study, Business).

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining high conversion ratios.

Present services confidently, handle objections professionally, and close deals effectively.

Participate in promotional events, seminars, and webinars to expand client outreach.

Lead Management :-

Manage and track all leads using CRM tools; ensure prompt follow-ups and regular engagement until closure.

Qualify leads based on immigration eligibility, financial capability, and intent to migrate.

Maintain organized client records, update sales pipelines, and prepare weekly conversion reports.

Build a referral base through consistent after-sales engagement and client satisfaction.

Consultation Support :-

Schedule and coordinate client consultations with immigration experts and case managers.

Ensure smooth onboarding by explaining documentation, timelines, and process expectations.

Market Development :-

Identify new business opportunities through partnerships with education agents, recruiters, and local institutions.

Research regional immigration trends and suggest outreach strategies to tap into high-demand markets.
