We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Visa and Immigration services to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to attorneys in preparing and managing immigration cases.
1. Assist attorneys in preparing and filing visa petitions, applications, and supporting documents.Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and updates.
2. Draft and proofread documents, including forms, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
3. Manage case files and track deadlines for visa applications and renewals.
4. Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
5. Submit applications to relevant authorities and track processing timelines.
6. Prepare for client interviews, including assembling required documentation.
7. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
8. Update clients on the status of their applications and provide guidance on next steps.
9. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions.
10. Provide administrative support, including scheduling client meetings and organizing records.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of immigration procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
