Role Summary:

Offshore Care is seeking a

licensed RCIC

to join our immigration consulting team in Dehradun. The role involves managing client files, preparing applications, and providing expert advice on Canadian immigration pathways including visas, PNP, OINP, and refugee cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit

visa applications

(study permits, work permits, visitor visas, permanent residency). Handle

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) submissions

across Canadian provinces. Manage

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

submissions. Support clients with

refugee and humanitarian applications

. Conduct eligibility assessments and consultations for clients. Advise clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and IRCC processes. Ensure compliance with

CICC and IRCC regulations

. Maintain accurate client records and case files. Keep up to date with changes in

immigration laws and policies

Requirements:

Active

RCIC license

in good standing with the

College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in Canadian immigration consulting. Strong knowledge of

PNP and OINP processes

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple client files efficiently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.

Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
