Job Summary



We are a Canada-based immigration consulting firm hiring a remote team member in India to support daily immigration operations. The role involves managing client information, CRM records, agreements, and assisting with immigration applications. This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Canadian business hours.

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Collect and manage client documents and information Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) Assist with preparation of immigration applications Draft and manage client agreements and service documents Track application status, deadlines, and follow-ups Communicate with internal team and support client coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Hindi, English, Punjabi (Preferred)
Shift availability:

* Overnight Shift (Preferred)
