The role includes providing clear explanations for visa refusals, assisting with case reopening and re-filing, handling client escalations, and ensuring seamless case closures.
This position requires excellent communication, documentation expertise, and deep knowledge of visa refusal reasons and immigration compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all clients who receive
study visa
,
temporary visa
, or
work visa
refusals from the embassy.
Review refusal letters and
explain clearly to clients
why their visa was refused.
Manage and process
appeals
against refusals when applicable.
Handle
refund cases
, including refund documentation, pendency refunds, and payment status follow-ups.
Assist clients in resolving issues related to
family sponsorship
,
naturalization
, or
employee immigration matters
.
Evaluate client files and recommend whether
re-filing (refilling)
is possible or beneficial.
Ensure accurate updates and re-submission of applications, documents, and immigration forms.
Maintain complete records of refusal cases, appeals, refunds, and client communication.
Offer guidance on improving documentation for future submissions.
Provide exceptional client service and resolve client inquiries related to refusals, re-filing, or refunds.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case updates and processing.
Stay updated with latest immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and procedural changes.
