You will guide potential clients through the immigration process, offering expert advice and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound channels.
Understand clients' immigration needs (e.g., PR, work permit, study visa) and offer suitable solutions.
Conduct consultations via phone, video call, or in person.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
Convert leads into sales by following up, resolving objections, and building trust.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, education, or travel industry.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a immigration industry is a plus.
Understanding of visa requirements for Canada, Australia, UK, or USA.
