- WFH Immigration Counsellor (Commission-Based)
Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided leads.
Clearly explain overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and visa processes.
Build rapport with candidates and handle queries professionally.
Convince and convert interested candidates into registrations and closures.
Maintain proper call records and conduct timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for smooth processing.
Requirements
Freshers and housewives can apply.
Fluent in Malayalam and English.
Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
Females
preferred.
WFH mode - flexible working hours.
Commission-based role - earnings based on successful conversions.
