About the Role

We're looking for a confident, empathetic, and goal-driven

Immigration Counselor (Sales)

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients--guiding them through immigration options while building trust and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

This position blends

consultative sales with genuine counseling

. You'll listen closely, recommend the right pathways, and support clients as they take one of the biggest steps of their lives.

What You'll Do

Speak with potential clients via calls, meetings, and online consultations to understand their immigration goals Provide accurate guidance on immigration programs (study, work, PR, visas, etc.) Convert leads into clients through ethical, consultative sales practices Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships Clearly explain documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure smooth handovers Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets Maintain detailed records in CRM systems Stay updated on immigration rules, policies, and market trends
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

sales, counseling, or immigration consultancy

Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections confidently Target-driven mindset with a client-first approach Basic understanding of immigration processes (training can be provided) Comfortable working with CRM tools and follow-up systems Professional, empathetic, and well-organized
