Responsibility

Counsel clients on visa and immigration processes for various countries (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.). Assess clients' profiles and provide suitable visa options based on eligibility. Guide clients through documentation, application preparation, and submission. Maintain regular follow-up with clients and provide timely updates on their application status. Handle client inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Stay updated on changing visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific guidelines. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications. Achieve individual and team targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa or Immigration Counselor. Fresher also can apply with good communication skill. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of documentation and visa application procedures. Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality. Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented mindset.
