Roles and Responsibilities:

Call to potential clients (leads) that the company has provided, using phone calls or other communication methods. Explain the different immigration process available, like Study Visas, PR, Work Visas, and present the relevant services to clients. Work on convincing and converting these potential leads into paying clients. Meet monthly sales targets. If you achieve the target, you will also receive an incentive. Keep client records and lead statuses updated in MS Excel or CRM tools. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to promote referrals. Regularly follow up with clients to keep them informed about documentation and process updates. Coordinate with senior counselors and the operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:

Fluent in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections Basic knowledge of immigration processes (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel. Goal-oriented and customer-focused Fresher can apply with good communication skills
