Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with potential clients interested in immigration services.
Explain basic immigration procedures, eligibility, and required documents.
Convert leads into successful clients - achieve your monthly sales targets.
Guide clients through application paperwork and ensure accuracy.
Maintain and update client records in Excel or CRM software.
Build strong relationships and resolve client queries promptly.
Requirements:
Good spoken English and excellent persuasion skills.
Confidence while speaking with clients over phone.
Basic knowledge of Google Search and MS Excel.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in telecalling / sales / immigration services is a plus - but not mandatory!
